For example, if a quarter weighs 220 lbs and the price per pound is $5.25, the total cost would be $1155.00 without any additional fees. This is a very cost-effective way to buy beef.
All cuts are vacuum-sealed to lock in the flavor and ensure maximum freshness with a minimum 21-day dry age.

Will I get cuts from both the front and hind quarter if I buy only a quarter of beef?
Yes! We cut the complete side of the animal first and then divide all the cuts into two parts so that ALL the cuts are included in each quarter. This means that you will receive a variety of cuts from both the front and hind quarters, even if you purchase only a quarter of beef.
