Roasting Chicken
At our farm, we raise chickens that are housed in open barns, where they are free to run around, eat, sleep, and drink as they please. We work hard every day to ensure the best care for our birds. They are provided fresh spring water and on-farm milled feed every single day.
As a registered Canadian Chicken Farmer, we adhere to mandatory and third-party audited National Food Safety and Animal Care Programs.
We raise the birds till about 6 or 8 lbs, having four flocks allow us to offer fresh family-farm raised chicken for you, almost every single week. All our poultry is raised without the use of antibiotics and are added-hormone free!
